Experience Japanese cuisine at the Japan-retro themed restaurant Hyogo Gokoku World. On this program participants will make rolled sushi using locally sourced nori (seaweed), vegetables, and seafood.
The sushi rolls will be paired with sake brewed locally at the historic Nada brewing district, renowned throughout Japan for producing high quality and sort after sake. Participants will not only taste various sake, but will learn about the different flavours and how varying the brewing and production process effects the flavour and quality of the Japanese national drink.
