The 17th ISPO World Congress recently came to a close here at the Kobe Convention Center attracting approximately 5,000 delegates. The exhibition floor showcased the latest cutting edge technology and advancements in prosthetics and orthotics an academic sessions allowed participants from all over the world to share and spread knowledge in order to enhance the quality of life for users of prosthetic and orthotic.

Those who attended the president’s dinner where treated to an evening of elegance and charm at the cultural heritage listed ‘Sorakuen’ garden. The evening started in the 100 year old garden with welcome drinks and canapes and slowly progressed up to the main dining room where the festivities and continued. The newly renovated balcony provided spectacular views over the garden with the city lights in the back ground. The term urban oasis has never been more appropriate!
